Hey guys.
Since breaking out the oils again my traffic flow here has increased dramatically. In order to try and keep that going a little, I've revamped the site a little. Only a few minor changes here and there, but hopefully things will run a little smoother now. The two biggest adjustments I've made are the little share button on almost every page. This is so that if you like a particular image or blog entry it is even easier for you to share it with your friends on Twitter, Facebook, Myspace or whatever your method of social networking.
The second big adjustment is the paintings section. This is a place to keep up to date with my newest oil paintings and even delve through the archives to see what gems from the past there are to be found. Like this one that I found on my hard drive from 5 or 6 years ago.
It was a commission from one of my old Burger King co-workers. I lost contact with her years ago ao have no idea whatever happened to her or this portrait, but if you recognise it, I'd love to know where she hangs these days - the painting, not the girl.
The interesting thing about this image is that it contains no white paint, only black. The white areas you see are the bare canvas showing through. Neat huh?
So if you love this image, click the share button below to re post it on your favourite social networking site or email and let someone else love it too.
